You hire great employees. They are professional, helpful, friendly and courteous.

Matt Smith is fantastic and goes beyond the call of duty.

Both techs – Ang and James – were excellent in everything! Very personable! We’ve been very happy every time you have come out. We used a different company a couple of times and were not at all happy…we will call you from now on!

Greg was super polite, fast, and friendly and answered my questions completely. He explained what he was doing, etc. Joe was very friendly also when I called in got same day service too, which I really appreciate. I rate Waters as an A plus. Thank you.

I will highly recommend your company to neighbors and friends.

Every person from the beginning to the end was extremely professional and very nice…awesome!

Waters has always been great – show up when you say you will and friendly employees are always a pleasure.

Very ethical company – honest about not needing pumping. That is why I use your company for real estate inspections.

Awesome service from selling appointment, to actual service, to billing!

Gary was very professional! We love the senior discount. Waters Vacuum Truck Service keeps great records of past services tour house and is very professional with timely appointments and one time drivers.
