I work at Alcoa in Verdi, and it is for those service calls that I am commenting. Joe and David are our usual service men and we are extremely satisfied with the job they do. They keep watch on our tanks to let us know when more or less service is required. They are courteous and efficient when they are here. They are good about adhering to our safety requirement. Even the notations on their paperwork are helpful with regards to maintaining regulatory compliance. They go out of their way to provide service above and beyond just rolling up, pumping, and rolling out. Thank you for assigning them to our account as often as you do.
